Terms & Conditions — Legowin33

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Legowin33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at legowin33.cam and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Legowin33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Legowin33 platform. We strongly recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account on the Legowin33 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded to a Player through promotions, welcome offers, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, or other incentive schemes.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain account actions, including withdrawals, may be completed.
• "Platform" means the Legowin33 website, mobile interface, and all associated features and services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum turnover threshold that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or winings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an Account on Legowin33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Services.
• You are the true, legal owner of the payment methods you use to deposit and withdraw funds on the Platform.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or close relative of an employee of Legowin33 or any of its affiliated entities or partner studios.
• You do not hold an existing Account on the Platform, whether active or previously suspended.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Legowin33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership.

Each Player may register only one Account on Legowin33. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information current and notify us promptly of any changes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account.
• Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Legowin33 support immediately via live chat or email.

Legowin33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for added security. We will never contact you to request your password.

Legowin33 supports a range of deposit methods tailored to Malaysian players, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow QR, and cryptocurrencies including USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or in MYR-equivalent amounts for cryptocurrency deposits, converted at prevailing market rates at the time of the transaction.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the deposit page for current limits.
• Legowin33 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account review.
• Legowin33 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of KYC verification.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to a Player's Balance.

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and subject to KYC verification having been completed on their Account.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are typically processed within 30minutes to 2 business hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 15–45 minutes, subject to network congestion.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winings that have satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements may be withdrawn.

Legowin33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or high-value transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Legowin33 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general provisions in this Section.

• Bonuses are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before any portion may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered using eligible games before a withdrawal may be processed.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• Legowin33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirements.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be eligible to receive certain promotional offers.

All games and betting markets available on Legowin33 are provided by certified international game studios and data providers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are available within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing wagers.

• All slot games use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

Players are expected to conduct themselves in a fair, respectful, and lawful manner at all times on the Platform, including in any live chat features or community functions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Legowin33 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person without their explicit, documented consent.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses, referal bonuses, or any other promotional offers.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Coluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive format to gain an advantage over other participants.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical vulnerability to gain an unintended game or financial advantage.

All content on the Legowin33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Legowin33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from Legowin33.

Game titles, graphics, and associated intellectual property displayed on the Platform remain the exclusive property of the respective game studios that developed them. Legowin33 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Legowin33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

• Legowin33 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend Services for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Legowin33 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or delays in payment processing by third-party providers including but not limited to Touch 'n Go, Boost, Maybank, or CIMB.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses arising from a Player's gambling decisions. All wagering on the Platform is conducted at the Player's own risk.
• In no event shall Legowin33's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Legowin33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive months without any login activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player or triggered through our responsible gambling monitoring systems.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any pending bonus requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

Legowin33 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion functionality.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. Upon reaching the limit, the Player will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Account will be suspended and the Player will be removed from all marketing communications.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction under which Legowin33 operates.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and Legowin33, the Player should first contact our Customer Support team to seek an informal resolution. We will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with rules applicable to the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
